I visited at an off time, during the scheduled concert, way after the normal coffee rush but there were 3 people in front of me so I was expecting a bit of a wait... What I didn't expect was for a lady to walk up to the counter in front of everyone and place an order. The gal behind the counter did ask if she was in line, and of course the woman said yes and her order was processed. When it was finally my turn, I commented about the rude woman cutting the line and the poor girl had to say that she would get in trouble if she had said anything more to the woman. There wasn't a cleary defined "line" to be waiting in and the server was clearly not doing anything at that exact second so I can't fault the server but something should be done as it has obviously happened before.

Ah, overpriced, underwhelming theme park food. Sultan's Sweets is a sweets lover's fantasy, with cases upon cases full of indulgent snacks packed with enough calories for your entire dinner. Cheesecakes, brownies, cookies, candied apples, lollipops, cookies dipped in chocolate and covered in Reese's peanut butter cups - you name it! - it is probably waiting to give you tooth decay at Sultan's Sweets.
There is also a large corner dedicated to pick-your-own-style candy with just about everything you could possibly never, ever need. But will that stop you? No! You've come to indulge, even if the candy has been sitting there way longer than you care to admit. You are going to spend ten dollars on a pound of $2 Twizzlers and LOVE IT IF IT KILLS YOU.
I don't hate sweets, I'm actually a sugar addict. And those cookies dipped in other sweets look awesome! The taste... eh. It's a matter of value.
The peanut butter cookies had nice flavor, but they're just peanut butter cookies. You're not going to remember them when you leave the park. Skip the chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. And if you like cheesecake, there's a decent red velvet one, but you might as well go to Cheesecake Factory for one that's twice the size for about the same price.
Lastly, this confectionery "proudly brews Starbucks coffee." Hooray! But even if you love Starbucks, the quality is not always up to par; though if you really need a caffeine kick, it might just do in a jiff'! -

They sell stale desserts. Avoid anything in the glass case. Our party purchased a chocolate mousse cake slice and a slice of red velvet cake and they were both stale.

I am super disappointing in this place. I waited in line for 20 minutes and i have a dairy intolerance. Its 2017, so having almond, coconut or some dairy substitute is very common. They don't. The employee said we arent starbucks.....so only starbucks has almond milk. Busch gardens i thought you were better than this

Come on Busch Gardens, do a little cleaning before you open. The place still had dead bug and crumbs on the window sill at 11:30am. I mean the park is clean, but some of the eateries need just a little sweeping and dusting. The food in this place is limited, but it didn't taste stale. I still enjoy Busch Gardens as a whole, but I'll eat before and after I visit.
